15″ About The Horse Black Rhino All Around Barrel Saddle

Not only is this saddle beautiful and comfortable, its made by a great custom saddler in MN, Black Rhino/About the Horse. This is such a nice saddle, with all the feel of a custom/high end saddle (well…it is!) but without the custom saddle price tag. This one is a 15″ seat, fitting true to that while having a great deep seat with ample padding and high cantle. Extra tall 5″ cantle, tall forward set 3.25″ horn, and open seat makes this both secure without being constricting. More of a post style horn and on a wood tree, this one is an all arena type saddle and will hold up too. This is the All Around Barrel saddle, with a deeper seat and raised twist to give security, and has free swinging fenders which are very adjustable. This is a great trail option! Its on a #2 bar, which is ATH’s equivalent to Arab bars, measuring a wide 7″ with a very wide fork angle/flare, and plenty of rock too. Don’t let “Arab Bars” scare you away. That that means is the front of the tree is shorter to open up the shoulders, shorter tree length, and offering rock to the bars. The #2 bar is designed for a horse with a well sprung rib cage and offering more rock to follow the shape of the topline. 25.5″ round double skirt, angled rigging to free up your horse’s shoulder, and comes fully fitted with all rigging. Finished off with a pair of hardly used Tyler Shape oak stirrup. This is one that will hold up and fit a wider horse well. In well cared for condition, roughed out fenders and jockeys with soft leather. No major wear to note, is a bit dusty in the deep tooling, but at this point we are being picky. This is a heck of a saddle!
