15″ Billy Cook Classic Barrel Saddle

This classic Billy Cook (OK Made) is proof that simple and understated can still be fancy. This barrel saddle has all you could want without being too showy or blingy. Full roughed out leather, meaning this one is extra grippy while still being low maintenance, with a hard seat that is shaped in such a way that is still incredibly comfortable. 15″ per serial number, fitting true to that while having an insanely deep seat. Build on a rawhide wrapped wood tree, reinforced in all the right places. On Full QH Bars that measure a generous 7″ with a very wide fork angle and is wide through the whole tree. This saddle fits low and wide. Offers moderate/low rock through the bars. Dropped in-skirt front rigging to open up the shoulder and reduce bulk. The subtle details really make this saddle. Has an embossed edge all all edges, which follow up into the seat, paired with an upgraded custom concho that contrasts perfectly with he leather. Has strings added and a nice pair of heavier duty aluminum wrapped oak stirrups added as well. Fenders offer plenty of adjustment and there’s room for more holes if needed. This saddle as purchase late 2023 and hasn’t seen very little ride time and impeccable care. Roughed out leather has darkened just a bit from blue jeans, but is still very grippy. No signs of significant wear at all. This is a spendy saddle, and for good reason. It is built right and built to last.
