15″ TexTan Hereford Trail Saddle

In the show ring, black is back…and black looks darn nice on a trail saddle too! This 2004 model trail saddle from TexTan Hereford is soooooo sharp in all black leather, and despite being a bit of an older saddle is in incredible condition. Per the latigo keeper, this one is a 16″ but does NOT fit that way. Measures and fits true to 15″. On Semi bars that measures 6″ with moderate flare and just a bit of rock to the bars. This is a great option for a more athletic built horse. We aren’t sure if this one was black originally, but its not shedding color at all so likely was. This saddle has seen VERY little use, aside from a few scrapes from storage, this saddle shows very little signs of use at all. Offers pre-turned stirrups that offer plenty of adjustment, a nice silver concho, and has had d rings and strings recently added. Very classic in its look with basketweave stamping and offers plenty of padding on the seat. This is a really nice, quality, and affordable saddle. Could easily do double duty as a trail and local show saddle-especially if a bit of silver was added. At this price, you really can’t go wrong!
