16” Blue Ribbon Show Saddle

OH MY! This saddle is simply the most stunning one we have had the privilege of offering. This head turning saddle sits on the famous BR Tree. The following is from Blue Ribbon: Also called the “Equitation” or “All-Around” seat, this tree is narrow through your thighs and specifically designed to put your upper and lower body in the most correct horsemanship position, however, many people ride pleasure in this seat as well. We generally use an hour-glass shaped skirt with this seat because it is cut high under the fender to allow for “close contact” or “more feel” with your horse. Blue Ribbon is a pivotal part of the Western Show world. 16″ seat, padded to 15.25″ with a great padding, on a wider and lower seat. The BR tree measures and fits like Full QH bars, measuring 7″ with great flare and ample wither clearance. Very adjustable fenders, 28″ skirt, and is topped off with incredible tooling. This saddle has sterling silver and tooling everywhere! Their craftsmanship is truly second to none! 1996 model that has been very, very well cared for. Serial Number: BB96224. Leather and silver are in great condition, professionally dyed black. This saddle just wanted to be a black beauty and boy does this one stand out! We are so thrilled to offer this saddle!
