16″ Circle Y Shawnee Flex Lite Trail Saddle

We just love, love these dark oil Circle Y trail saddles! It’s been a minute since we’ve had a Shawnee Flex Trail in, and this is a great one to break that drought. Not only is this one our favorite dark oil, it is lined in brass dots! Brassy and dark oil…the perfect combination! This is an early Shawnee Trail, made on a Flex Lite Tree. The model number is 1653, which is a Shawnee, but is marked Park and Trail on the serial plate. 16” per serial number, fitting true to that with a heavily padded seat and deeper seat. On Circle Y’s wide bars per serial number, fitting like Full QH bars with a 7” gullet and very wide fork angle. A bit flatter through the bars, double rigged for great adjustment, and very adjustable fenders that go quite long. Has all brass hardware with plenty of rings and strings for all of your packs. This is an older saddle-a 2006 model-but has been incredibly well cared for. The leather on this one is butter soft! Only shows a few minor signs of use and a couple scuffs/blemishes, but we are being far too picky at this point. This is an outstanding saddle, one that is in excellent condition and is so darn comfortable. This trail saddle will be your next favorite!
