16″ Hereford Ranch Roping Saddle

Here is a quality, heavy duty, well built rope saddle, one that will hold up to hard work. This heavy duty Hereford has a good look to top it off! Measures and fits true to 16″ with a deep seat bed that keeps you on your pockets. On what looks to be QH Bars that measure 6.25″, with moderate wide flare and is wider through the whole tree, has just a bit of rock to the bars. The tooling work on this saddle is incredible, fully tooled in a stunning, classic Sheridan sunflower pattern.  27″ skirt, 7/8ths rigged with all stainless, large rigging rings. 3.5″ cantle, heavy roper/post horn that measures 3.5″ x 3″ that is currently leather wrapped. This saddle is the perfect cross between a Rancher and a Team Roper, one the is built to hold up to hard work. Reinforced in all the right places, this one will rope off of just fine. Heavy duty means heavy in weight too, with this one weighing in at 35lbs. Per serial number, this saddle was built in 1980 which is shocking given the condition of this saddle. While it’s worked, it’s been very well maintained. Leather is quite soft, and doesn’t show signs of hard work. Only showing a few cosmetic blemishes such as scuffs and minor stops of discoloration. Fenders have a ton of adjustment to them as well. Comes with rear billets and added hook pick such on the rear skirt. This saddle is ready to ride and work. At this price, you can’t go wrong!
