16” Showman Barrel Saddle

This saddle is nice, surprisingly nice! Showman is more of an economy brand, but this saddle doesn’t feel economy. This one is an older one from Showman, but that’s actually a good thing as the leather quality was a bit nicer in the early years of the company. And it has a really nice look! Stamped a 16″, fitting just a hair smaller with a nice deep seat and narrower twist. Free swinging fenders that are nicely turned, all roughed out jockeys and fenders for a secure ride. Black suede seat. Has a sharp stamping/tooling pattern that gives it a nice look. On Semi bars that measure 6″ with a very, very wide fork angle, perfect for a strong withered horse who has a wide shoulder. Flatter through the bars, but not too flat. Very adjustable fenders, 26″ skirt. We’ve actually had this saddle in before, but was not stored the best over the last couple years. The leather has dried out a bit and has minor water staining on the rear skirts. This saddle had butter soft leather before and with a bit of attention, we have no doubt it will come back. At this price, you can’t go wrong!
