17″ Circle Y Park and Trail Western Saddle

As you know, we love LOVE our dark oil Circle Y’s. This one is an oldie, but goodie, made when Circle Y was the standard among saddles.  Goodness, is this thing sharp! This Circle Y Park and Trail is a 17″, per serial number, fitting just a teeny bit smaller with nice deep seat and 4.5″ cantle. You can have a quality saddle that is plus size rider friendly! These older CY’s often don’t have wider trees, so we were surprised to see just how wide this one measures and fits. Measures 7″ on Full QH bars, with ample flare, good wither clearance, and just a bit of rock to the bars. Surprisingly short skirt at 27″, has Circle Y’s popular double rigging, and the fenders have a crazy amount of adjustment going long enough for a leggy rider. We love the classic look of this saddle, with a mix of smooth leather and plenty of basketweave tooling. Built on a ralide tree, so isn’t terribly heavy either. This one is a 2001 model and has been incredibly well cared for, showing less use than you’d expect for a saddle of this age. Leather is quite soft, and aside from a few scuffs and scrapes, is really in great condition. You can’t beat the price on this one, either. This saddle is one to see! We love it and we know you will too.
