18″ Mark Schumacher Custom Modified Rancher

This isn’t a saddle you see everyday, and for a heck of a saddle marker too! This 18″ modified rancher is made by South Dakota saddler Mark Schumacher, who is a heck of a builder and can be assured this is a saddle that will last well into the next generations. When we said modified, we mean it was custom built without a horn. This saddle is a work horse, build on a heavy duty tree that will hold up to work…just no horn. This one is a true 18″, making this a great option for riders who struggle to find size inclusive/accommodating saddles. Nice deep seat with a 3″ cantle, inlaid bicycle padded seat with a raised twist and deep seat bed. On QH bars that measure 6.75″, with a wide fork angle and good rock to the bars. Large seat comes longer skirts, this one has a double skirt ta 30.5″ long. This was custom ordered for a rancher, and the fenders had their brand. We have flipped the fenders, so the brand is on the inside and roughed out on the fenders. Comes with all rigging, night latch handle (O crap strap) on the pommel, and a nice pair of weighted stirrups. This one is a heavy saddle, all of 42lbs with tack.
