17.5” County Perfection Long Flap Dressage Saddle

This 17.5″ Perfection by County Saddlery is nothing short of perfection! This saddle is in great used condition and at a great price! Super sticky full grain bull leather, narrow twist, and has been meticulously maintained. Per the flap, this is a Medium, fitting true to that measuring 4.5″, offering ample wither clearance with a more “A” shaped tree. Has shorter tree points with a curvier tree, fitting a horse with a well spring rib cage and stronger wither well. All wool flocked for even more adjustment, offering a bolder rear gusset at 3″, lots of channel width, and a shorter panel at just 19.5″. 17.5″ per serial number, however, this one fits a generously. Special ordered with long flaps that measure 17″. The Perfection has a more forward flap, which is great for a rider who finds themselves putting their knee at the very edge of the knee rolls. Often, the higher end saddles don’t have adjustable blocks. This one does! It has a velcro full flap patch to place knee blocks on. This one comes with a long/moderate block. This is a 2016 model saddle and has been incredibly well cared for and recently went through a total refit. Has brand new billets and brand new wool flocking. Has a quasi point billet currently set, with tabs to have a straight front billet attached if needed. The leather on this saddle is BUTTER soft. This saddle shows far less than normal wear, hardly a mark on this saddle and clearly has been incredibly well cared for. You won’t find many on the market in this condition. This is a lovely saddle, ride in it and you will see why County saddles are so popular!
