18.5″ Albion Adjusta Ultima Dressage Saddle

This is such a swanky saddle, one that has all the bells and whistles you’d expect for a high end brand, while also being incredibly comfortable! The Albion Ultima Dressage saddle is made from Albion’s Ultima leather, which is a highly textured full grain leather that offers incredible grip, with butter soft Italian calf leather on the seat and and knee rolls. The leather, paired with the scoopy seat, is one that will keep you secure and comfortable. Yes, this one is stamped an 18”, but it does NOT fit that way. It measures and fits like a true 18.5”, even with the super deep seat. How cool is that?! This saddle offers the famed narrow twist seat with a scoopy seat base and deep seat, keeping its rider sitting correctly without discomfort, with inset stirrup bars to ensure your stirrups are hanging right under your hips. It is stamped as having a Medium Wide tree, however, measures 6″ and fits like a Wide tree. Has a  slightly curvier tree and wider channel, making this a great option for a chunkier/thicker horse. Still has great wither clearance. On Albion’s Adjuta tree, which can be adjusted by an Albion fitter, allowing it to go two sizes wider or narrower. Offers a slightly forward set flap that measures 16.5” with a very bold block. We love the billet configuration-has a low/forward point billet and self-balancing rear billet, which secures the saddle well. Both billets are sound. For a larger seat, this one has a shorter panel at just 20”, standard gussets and is wool flocked. Flocking has been well maintained. This is a darn nice saddle, and while ridden, has been incredibly well cared for. The leather on this saddle is butter soft! This is an outstanding saddle, one that once you ride in, you’ll love it as much as we do.
