Nice, very rare vintage stamping tool from Basic Tool Co LA. Stamp #4, in brass with a thicker diameter post. This is a really nice stamp, great for borders. Clear/sharp stamp, stamps evenly, shows normal/less than normal use or wear. May how a minor mark or two on handle from use and storage.
