Vintage Craftool V715 & V707 Shell Veiner Leather Stamp Set

Here’s a nice, lightly used vintage, US made Craftool Leather Stamp set. Made after 1968. The set includes the stamps V715 & V707. Both are rare stamps. Sometimes called a lined veiner, but most often called a shell veiner, each offer a wider shape that is less “V” shaped than modern veiners. Offers a clear, crisp stamp. Purchased new in 1970/1971 by a hobbyist who only dabbled in leather work, so has seen very little use, spending most of their lives in storage. In excellent condition, the handle may show a minor mark or two from storage. Approx measurements: V715 (11/16” x 3/19”), V707 (1/2” x 1/8”).

Vintage Craftool Leather Stamps were made between 1968 and 1999 and were made in the US.  Leatherworks love these leather stamps because they have fine, hand-crafted details that create a crisp, clear, and detailed impression on leather.
