15″ Brazos River Ranch Cutting Saddle

Here is a nice quality, incredibly affordable ranch cutting saddle. From Brazos River Saddles, and while you may not recognize the brand, is one that Teskey’s has offered for years, and are made just down the road from SRS. This is a nice, stout saddle. No fancy bells and whistles, just a darn nice saddle. Is a 15″ seat, however with the seat shape fits a bit snugger than that. On what appears to be QH Bars that measure 6.5″. Offers nice shoulder flare and has moderate/low rock. Will fit an athletic, QH type horse well. Has roughed out leather over the hard seat, jockeys, and fenders–it will ride very securely. Has an equitation style skirt that is cut up under the leg to give a nice, close contact feel. Fully basketweave stamped skirts, pommel, and cantle binding, giving it a nice, classic look. Finished off with a nice, simple Montana silver concho. Has a really nice pair of weighted, angled roper stirrups and has it’s rear billets. The slack of the fenders have been cut, but still has plenty of adjustment, going long enough for most leggy riders. This one hasn’t seen a ton of use. Shows a few minor cosmetic blemishes. Has a small rope burn on the horn, the skirts are a bit folded from storage on metal saddle rack, and has a couple minor scuffs/scrapes, but all minor and cosmetic. It’s clearly been well cared for, the leather is very soft. This is such a nice, quality, simple and incredibly affordable ranch cutter. Finally, a nice rig that doesn’t break your budget!
